Filters

user_guid

This filter can be used when trying to answer, "What activities did a particular seller do?" Activities are typically associated with People or Accounts but they are initiated by Users (Sellers). These IDs can be found at the Salesloft user endpoint.

occurred_at

This date is logged when an Activity happens initially. Can be used when you want to understand when an activity first happened in Salesloft.

updated_at

This date is first logged when an Activity happens initially. But it can be updated when an object is changed. Examples: The details of a note are changed, an email sentiment is changed by a seller, CRM metadata is changed on an email, etc. This date is a good indicator that data in an object has changed and should be reviewed by any other downstream systems that are using it.

type

Use this filter when trying to search by a specific activity.

resource_type

Activities can be associated with either a Person, an Account or an Opportunity. Use this filter when you're looking to segment activities between these three types.

resource_id

Maps to the primary key of the resource and should be used in conjunction with the resource_type. For example, if I want to see all of the tasks associated with John Smith, I would use the type Tasks, the resource_type Person, and the resource_id of 1234 (his Person ID) from the People endpoint.

pinned

Use this filter to search by the pinned status of an activity. When set to true, this filter can be helpful in identifying which activities a User has deemed important or significant.
